Returns
All returns must be authorized by PLAYKIDS within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of sale, Shipping and handling of the merchandize to and from customer is customer responsibility. Restocking charge is determined depending of the Items category as explain below.
. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.

Any Items that are marked to be shipped  over 72 hrs are in special order Items.

Heavy Items Curbside shipping Freight
Some orders are too large to ship by UPS and will be shipped "freight". Freight shipments will be done by a 48' tractor/trailer (a big truck). We will NOT be responsible for inaccurate or undeliverable addresses. Keep in mind your shipping address must be able to accommodate the 48' truck. Freight shipping is expensive and non refundable once your item is in transit. We’ve tried to make this process as easy and inexpensive as possible, but please contact us if you have any question.

 The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading your shipment, and leaves the item at the curbside. Please keep in mind some of the items on our site are very heavy. Any additional services, such as two-person delivery or inside delivery are not included in the price of the item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. They usually cost between $75.00 and $125.00 extra. You may purchase these additional services directly from the shipping company when they call to schedule your delivery. In most cases they will not be necessary if you are comfortable helping someone with a moderately heavy item.

Helpful items to have on hand
Having a two-wheel dolly or hand cart can make moving these boxes a breeze. We regularly use one person to move them around our warehouse. You may want to check with your local u-haul or hardware store before delivery time and see if they will let you rent one. This is usually very inexpensive.

 BEFORE signing the delivery receipt
All shipments leave our warehouse or the factory in perfect condition. The manufacturer and shipping companies do their best to ensure that your shipment arrives on time and without any damage. However, sometimes, damage does occur in shipping. It is therefore very important that you inspect the delivery before signing the delivery receipt. Take your time checking the delivery, and make sure you are satisfied before signing. The boxes usually have some wear, dents,etc. but the most products we sell are rarely damaged inside the box. Once you sign, you have absolved the shipping company of any responsibility and it is almost impossible to have a claim honored.

 If there is excessive damage to the box or just a lot of dents, slashes, openings on the corner or in things that cause you to suspect there may be damaged or missing pieces, make sure the driver clearly writes the problem on the delivery receipt (this will be very useful if a shipping claim must be made). More than likely there will be no problem with the shipment itself but this is a safety precaution.

 When will I get my freight item?
Items are shipped directly from the warehouse to you by freight line. Shipments should reach the terminal nearest to you within one to two weeks of being shipped (this time frame varies depending on location) but please keep in mind that trucking companies do have delays caused by bad weather especially during winter months. Once the shipment reaches this terminal, the shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment. We recommend calling the company directly with your PRO# if you have not heard from them close to your delivery date. They deliver during the business week (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) and require a four-hour shipping window for the appointment (for example 8:00 am - 12:00 or 1:00 pm to 5:00pm).

 

we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. All replacement parts will be shipped ground. Unit parts are send with truck and other pieces are shipped ground UPS. If your parts are damaged during transportation please contact the shipping company. we are not responsible for their  negligence. all parts are replace Freight on board Miami Florida USA. shipping is responsibility of customer.

Customer should accept product deemed to be damaged from the carrier. In order to facilitate timely resolution with the carrier, the customer should document the damage with the driver at the point of delivery in order for The Company to file a damage claim as well as arrange for inspection and pick up of the damaged product. Customer must notify The Company within 5 days from arrival, if you don't document the damage with the driver at the point of delivery you will override any damage claim.

All other non-defective returns authorized by PLAYKIDS are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice/Sale.

Prior to shipping your return, please fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization  Form (RMA) if you have any more questions please call 1-800-958-5437.   Items must be returned within 10 days after receiving your RMA and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging with manuals,  manufacturer documents and registration card intact. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package and mail your shipment to:
